Terms & Condition

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation is made within nine(9) months of the scheduled service date.

We can accommodate time changes, but please check in with us first.

Packages can be rescheduled or transferred once, subject to availability. The new date must be within a year of the original booking. If it’s beyond that, the latest rate will apply.

Subsequent postponement or postponement not due to Government regulations will incur a 25% fee on your total invoiced amount as potential clients could have been turned away for your original date.

The service fee does not include venue entrance fees (e.g., Sentosa) or transportation costs if the Makeup Artist (MUA) needs to travel between multiple locations.

For assignments exceeding five hours, the provision of meals for the MUA is greatly appreciated to ensure a comfortable working environment.

Any borrowed accessories or extensions are required to be returned in good condition within five days via courier or a trackable mail. Bride/couple is responsible for any misplaced or damaged items with an applicable  replacement fee of $200.

Services requested before 6:00 AM will incur an early morning surcharge of $50 per hour for every MUA present.

If it is discovered that the client booked entourage makeup for a bridal session, the MUA reserves the right to discontinue the service and leave. In this case, the deposit will not be refunded. Alternatively, if services have already been completed, the bridal look rate will be charged, or the MUA may remove any work already done.

All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitised before every makeup application. If you have sensitive skin and/ or are allergic to anything, do let us know in advanced and bring your own products along for the trial and/ or Actual Day. Beauty Without Filter cannot be held liable for any damages or allergic reactions, with an exception to the artists' negligence.

Bridal hair and makeup sessions require 2.5 to 3 hours. (to be advised by MUA)

Please complete personal preparations (e.g., inserting contact lenses, and packing for the day) before the session. 

Complimentary male grooming is only available if the groom is getting ready at the same location and the MUA does not need to reset her station. The session must also be scheduled immediately after/ before the bride's.

Extensions due to delays will incur a fee of $100 per hour.

The "One Look Touch-Up" option is capped at 4 hours. The rate includes transportation to one location after the morning session. 

The MUA will remain on-site for unlimited touch-ups & change of hairstyles at a single location. If travel to additional locations is required, transportation costs will be covered by the couple.

This option if different from a follow-through service. 

Trial sessions are approximately 3 hours, focused on exploring your bridal look.

Makeup looks will be created to suit your features. Adjustments, such as different lash styles or intensity levels, can be made based on your preferences.

We will try 2-3 hairstyles without final touches like hair spray or extensive preparation.

These trials are experimental and serve to determine your preferred style for the wedding day.​ The results are not fully detailed or long-lasting and therefore are not recommended for pre-wedding shoots.

Minor adjustments can be requested if you plan to head out after the session.​

Trial sessions are capped at 3 hours. Extensions due to lateness or indecisiveness will incur an additional fee of $100 per hour. Payment for the trial is due upon completion of the session.

Entourage makeup sessions are capped at 1.5 hours and extensions due to delays caused by lateness or indecisiveness will incur an additional fee.

Early morning surcharge of $50 per hour applies to each MUA required to arrive before 6:00 AM.

Delays caused by the client that extend the session will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour.

Makeup Options for the Entourage:

Simple Entourage:

• Makeup artists (MUAs) will be assigned based on availability.

• There may be a change in the assigned MUA, but rest assured that all MUAs meet a high standard of quality and professionalism.

Premium Entourage:

• You may select and lock in a specific MUA of your choice for the service.

Add-On for Groom:

• An add-on for the groom is available for an additional $80.

• This session must be conducted back-to-back with the entourage session at the same location/ set up  to avoid additional setup time.

Vendor rates and discounts apply exclusively to bridal packages unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Discounts do not apply to the following:

• Trial sessions

• Entourage services

• Early morning surcharges

• Hourly extensions
